Call for papers: „Un/common Place(s)“ – International Conference, February 10-12, 2027

The RTG „Practicing Place“ is organising a conference in collaboration with the America Institute, LMU Munich on the topic of  UN/COMMON PLACE(S), at Catholic University Eichstätt-Ingolstadt, and the Ludwig Maximilians University Munich, GermanyFebruary 10^th – 12^th, 2027.

Confirmed keynote speaker ist Fred Moten, NYU, and Martina Tazzioli, Università di Bologna.

Interested participants may submit proposals either for individual presentations or as organizers of a workshop addressing practical aspects such as teaching, research methods, or artistic practices. Submission of abstracts is due by June 15th, 2026.
