Paul is a research assistant and PhD candidate at the “Ethics and Critical Theories of Artificial Intelligence (AI)” research group at the University of Osnabrück. In his research and teaching, he explores the societal impacts and ethical challenges of digital technologies. He also engages with a critical social philosophy in the context of the climate crisis.

Currently, his work focuses on the structural connections between AI technologies and climate issues. His research brings together critical social philosophy, philosophy of technology, media studies, philosophy of the climate crisis, and the ethics of AI.
