Katharina Zöpfl studied Philosophy and German Studies at the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt. She is currently completing her PhD in philosophy and works as a research and teaching associate. Her research explores the relationship between self-presentation and appearance, focusing on how practices of narrating and visualizing the self unfold in socially and spatially structured contexts. She is particularly interested in the tensions between visibility, recognition, and the openness of action.
